Five characteristics of VR57KC, a fully enclosed scroll refrigeration compressor, are introduced.
1. Where the axes are separated, debris or liquid can pass through the scroll disc without damaging the compressor. Higher life and reliability, better liquid tolerance, better impurity tolerance;
2. Ensure that the scroll disc with high efficiency ratio runs in without wear. With the increase of running time, the performance is better and the volume efficiency is guaranteed.
3. Smooth sound spectrum and soft sound quality with lower noise and vibration level, symmetrical distribution of compression chamber forever, low unbalanced stress, high precision manufacturing technology, no vibration absorption device;
4. Unloading startup technology. Compressor components are separated from each other after shutdown. There is no need for additional startup devices.
5. Efficient "Teflon" bearings, upper main bearings and drive bearings, space age materials.

(2) PTF coating prolongs the running time without complete lubrication and has very small friction coefficient; the application of scroll compressor in medium temperature applications: cold storage, beverage refrigeration, vegetable refrigeration, display cabinet, high temperature applications: dairy products, fresh flowers, vegetables, fruits and so on.
