1. Remove all levels of intake and exhaust felling.
2. When the compressor starts to idle, start the motor starting switch several times continuously to observe the direction of the compressor and the normal operation of each mechanism. If there are no abnormal phenomena, then turn on for 5 minutes, 30 minutes, and 4-8 hours. Before each operation, all parts of the compressor should be checked to confirm that the normal rear can afford movement and operation.
3. When the motion mechanism adopts circular lubrication, the pressure before the lubricating oil is input into the distribution pipeline during operation shall not exceed the prescribed value of the equipment technical documents, but shall not be less than 1 kg/cm 2. The temperature of the lubricating oil in the crankcase or fuselage shall be no more than 60 C for the compressor with a cross head and no more than 70 C for the compressor without a cross head.
4. The sound response of the moving parts in operation is normal, and no collision or murmur is allowed.
5. When running empty, the fasteners of the connecting parts of the compressor shall be free from loosening.
6. The injector should inject oil into the cylinder in good condition and the cooling water should be unblocked.
