I. System Cleaning
System pollution is one of the main factors affecting the reliability and service life of components, so it is important to ensure the cleanliness of refrigeration system when preparing refrigeration system. In the preparation process, system pollution can be caused by the following:
1. Brazing and welding oxides
2. Files and Particles Removal of Pipeline Burrs
3. Brazing flux
Only copper pipes and silver alloy brazing materials specially used for clean and dry refrigeration pipes are allowed to be used in accordance with the requirements of leak detection, system pressure test and moisture removal in the parameter table. No boreholes shall be drilled in the pipeline after installation.
