Product description:
The worm screw lift to Lifting, down many functions and means of propulsion and auxiliary parts, flip and various height position adjustment. Widely used in machinery, metallurgy, construction, water conservancy, chemical, medical, cultural and sports industries.

Screw lift different structure type and assembly type, customize enhance height according to user requirements.
Technical parameters:
1, structure type: Type 1 - screw for axial movement; type 2 - screw for rotating movement, the nut for axial movement.
2, the assembly types: type A - screw / nut moves up; Type B - screw / nut moves down
3, the screw head types: Type 1 structure type screw head: I type (cylindrical), Ⅱ type (flange type), Ⅲ type (screw-type), Ⅳ type (flat head type)
Type 2 structure type of screw head: I type (cylindrical), Ⅲ type (screw-type)
4, transmission ratio: the ordinary speed ratio (P), slow ratio (M), according to user requirements customization in speed ratio (F)
Enhance the carrying capacity: 1kN of 2.5kN, 5kN 10kN, 15kN, 20kN, 25kN, 35kN, 50kN, 75kN, 100kN, 120kN
Protection of the screw: Type 1 structure: Basic (no protection), anti-rotation type (F), with shields (Z), and anti-rotation even guard (FZ) 2-type structure: basic (unprotected)
Note: SWL worm screw lift large ratio has self-locking function, but by a larger vibration, shock loads, may make a self-locking function failure at the applied brake or motor preparation, to prevent objects fall.
