This standard specifies the main methods of Hindley worm reducer basic parameter, technical requirements, bearing capacity and selection. Mainly used in metallurgy, mine reducer, lifting, transportation, petroleum, chemical, construction machinery and equipment. The conditions of use: two staggered angle is 90 °; worm speed not exceeding 1500r/min; worm middle plane dividing circle sliding speed of not more than 16m/s; the reducer working environment temperature is 0 ~ 40 ℃, when the environment temperature is below 0 ℃ or above 40 ℃, lubricating oil to the corresponding heating or cooling; the worm shaft be positive, reverse operation.
