Japanese brand Daijin compressor has the characteristics of low noise and low vibration.
1. Non-suction and exhaust valves greatly reduce the noise of suction and exhaust of the compressor; Dajin compressor greatly improves the noise performance by adopting high precision, non-contact scroll disc.
2. Dajin compressor does not need to add sound-proof cover plate and silent cotton when air-conditioning system is installed.
3. Because the vibration of Dajin compressor is small, the anti-resonance and fracture ability of pipeline is greatly improved.
Troubleshooting of Dajin Compressor Motor
1. Inspection of winding breakage
Disperse the power lines in the motor junction box and use megawatt-hour meter, multimeter or calibration lamp in series to check between the end point and the middle line of the running winding (or starting winding). The meter does not work, the resistance value is very high or the lamp does not turn on, indicating that the winding is open.
2. Winding Short Circuit Inspection
Insulation between any two-phase windings can be checked by megawatt-hour meter or multimeter. If the insulation resistance is very low, it means short circuit between windings. The short-circuit of motor windings includes inter-phase short-circuit, inter-winding short-circuit, inter-winding turn-to-turn short-circuit and so on.
3. Electric Leakage Inspection of Winding
The insulation damage of enameled wire may be caused by the collision of motor windings and casing due to damp, aging insulation, transportation and other factors. Moreover, because the motor is used in harsh environment (such as high ambient temperature, poor heat dissipation), the failure of relay overload protection causes overheating of the motor windings and damages the insulation. All these factors may cause leakage fault.
The insulation performance of motor decreases due to dampness, so it should be dried. If it is a sealed compressor, the whole machine can be put into the box, baked at 110 C for 6 to 8 hours, and the motor windings with leakage faults such as insulation damage can only be rewound.
4. Method of Rewinding Motor Windings
(1) After determining the motor fault, all the windings are removed, and the wire diameter and the original turns should be recorded before disassembly.
(2) Remove the winding and scrape the original insulating layer in the stator slot, then re-insert the insulating material. In general, 120 grams of kraft paper and plastic film are used for stator insulation.
(3) Rewinding the winding according to the number of turns of the original winding and measuring its resistance.
(4) Embedding each winding in the original slot according to the direction of the original winding to prevent the crossing of conductors.
(5) Tighten the winding with cotton rope, load it into the rotor, test the power supply, put the motor into the drying box at 100 C after starting normally, and then dry it for 4 to 6 hours.
